About the Event
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is hosting events this month to share information on their Interim Early Action Proposed Plan to address Mercury below the Cell Buildings Area at the LCP Chemicals Superfund Site.
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Staff will present an overview of the Interim Early Action Proposed Plan before answering questions from the general public. The presentation will include specific details about the proposed cleanup activities; what alternatives were considered and the basis for their preferred plan; and, a timeline for the next steps.
An information session will also be held between 11 AM and 1 PM on Thursday, August 29, 2024. Interested individuals can drop in for as long or as short as they like to meet one-on-one with EPA staff. Click here to see details about that event.
