About the Event
Glynn County is plagued with four nationally designated and twelve state-designated hazardous waste sites. The Glynn Environmental Coalition works to involve the surrounding community and the vast number of visitors in the EPA cleanup decision-making processes.
Staff from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are coming to Brunswick on Thursday, February 16th to discuss the LCP Chemicals Superfund Site investigation results and possible alternatives to address and cleanup contamination in the groundwater and mercury cell building.
