TECH Talk - September 2025

Join us for the next episode of TECH Talks - a virtual series designed to provide technical assistance to residents interested in learning more about Glynn County’s Superfund Sites. Each episode helps raise awareness about the status of our area's hazardous waste sites and what you can do to help. 

In this episode, we will be discussing the Terry Creek Dredge Spoil Areas/Hercules Outfall Superfund Site, also known as the Terry Creek Superfund Site. This month's live presentation will feature Rachael Thompson, Executive Director, and Frank Anastasi, our community Technical Advisor. They will share a brief history of industrial activities that polluted the area and provide an update on past and present cleanup activities, including the completion of the Outfall Ditch construction.
