Amusé: Deviled egg with smoked salmon, crème fraiche and caviar
Second: Homemade flatbread with whipped feta, braised tomatoes and pesto
Third: Salmon or Chicken Marbella with olives, capers and lemon over prosciutto risotto
Closer: Warm brownie with homemade vanilla bean ice cream and caramel
