Although documentation related to groundwater testing and uplands monitoring has been reviewed for this site, the quality and completeness of the data make conclusions difficult. Bureaucratic changes to the site’s upland Operable Units (cleanup zones) and incomplete reporting across the site mean that it is not practical to state that progress is being made and that it is unclear if this site is any safer now than it was several years ago.
